Our story
Cedar Hollow Physical Therapy opened its first clinic in 2014 with a simple goal: give Culpeper an outpatient practice where the same therapist sees a patient from the first evaluation through discharge. We added our second clinic as the practice grew, and we still schedule that way today.
We are independently owned, not part of a hospital system, and every plan of care is written by the treating therapist, never a script.
How we work
- A licensed physical therapist performs every initial evaluation.
- Plans of care are reviewed and adjusted at every visit.
- We coordinate with your surgeon or physician when a referral calls for it.
